General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between the 99 bat platform and its users. By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully agreed to these terms.

Registering with false age information will result in account cancellation and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited. Documents may be requested at any time to verify age.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 10 times.

For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

Each promotion has its own terms, which are stated in the offer details. From the weekly 99 bat deposit festival to the 99 bat cricket bonanza — the wagering requirements and validity period of each offer must be understood clearly before accepting it.

• Attempting to claim an offer more than once may result in account cancellation.
• Bonus funds will not be treated as cash under any circumstances until wagering is complete.
• If an attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means is proven, all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
• 99 bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled; however, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 99 bat reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game and betting results will be determined according to server-side records. If there is a discrepancy between the result displayed on the user's device and the server record, the server data will be considered final.

If there is any objection to a result, our support team must be informed within 48 hours of the result being announced. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

6.3 Multi-Bet and Multiple Selections

Multiple events can be added to a multi-bet. If all selections are not correct, the multi-bet will lose and the entire stake will be forfeited. There is no option for a partial win.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99 bat platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing risk-free bets in a deliberate manner for the purpose of collecting bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for match fixing or to gain any unlawful advantage.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or operations.
• Using an account for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing or engaging in harmful behaviour towards other users.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Temporary Suspension

99 bat may temporarily suspend any account during identity verification, on suspicion of unusual transactions, or for security reasons. Users will be duly informed during the period of suspension.

8.2 Permanent Closure

An account may be permanently closed if a breach of terms is proven, if the user is found to be involved in fraudulent activity, or if they participate in prohibited activities.

8.3 Closure by User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may send a request to our support team. All valid withdrawable balances will be paid out before the account is closed.
